Free Ground Shipping (Decorative Fixtures)
We currently offer free shipping on all decorative fixtures orders over $99 to all customers within Canada. Orders eligible for free shipping are shipped UPS Standard, customers may choose other shipping options which are paid on the order confirmation page. If free shipping applies on your order, you will be notified in the shopping cart section where you must enter the items you are looking to purchase and your shipping address. Please note that our free shipping policy does not apply for orders shipped to addresses considered by our shipping company as a remote location. Although we do our very best to accommodate our customers and avoid additional charges, Lumenco Inc reserves the right to contact customers to let them know additional remote location charges apply. In these exceptional situations the customer is contacted before the order is invoiced and the item(s) shipped.
Paid Shipping
Shipping may be charged to the customer if orders do not meet the free shipping criteria specified above or if the customer requests a quicker shipping service upon checkout. These additional charges are confirmed to the customer before checkout.
