Lumenco Pro is built for trade professionals — licensed electricians, contractors, lighting designers, architects, interior designers, property and building managers, and resellers. We may ask for a business license, RBQ number, or proof of trade affiliation during verification.
How long does verification take?
Most applications are reviewed and activated within 24 to 48 business hours. You'll receive an email confirmation the moment your account is live with full Pro access.
Are net-30 payment terms available?
Yes. Net-30 terms are available to qualifying Pro accounts after a brief credit review. Your assigned sales rep can walk you through the application once your Pro account is activated.
How do volume discounts work?
Volume discounts apply automatically as your cart size or annual purchase volume hits each tier — no codes needed. Larger projects can also be quoted directly through Request a Quote for custom pricing.
Can I add my whole team to one account?
Absolutely — that's exactly what the new Company Account is designed for. Add unlimited team members, assign roles (Admin, Buyer, Approver, Viewer), and set spend approval workflows from your company dashboard.
How fast does Lumenco Pro ship?
Items marked Quick-Ship on the product page typically leave the warehouse within 1 business day. Standard transit times depend on your province and carrier (Canada Post, Purolator, or Flagship), and remote regions may require additional time. Pro accounts also benefit from flat-rate shipping ($35 on orders $0–$499, $25 on orders $500–$999, and FREE on orders $1,000+). For multi-week project rollouts, your sales rep can stage inventory for phased deliveries direct to your jobsite.
Can your team help me design a lighting layout?
Yes — that's part of the included Pro Services. Our technical team handles photometric calculations, IES file work, and full DIALux or AGi32 layouts at no extra charge for active Pro accounts. Just send your floor plan and project specs to your assigned rep.
Are returns easy with the new RMA system?
From your order history, click "Request Return," choose the items and reason, and submit. The system generates a return label automatically. You can opt for a refund to original payment method or to Store Credit for instant reuse.
Can I combine Pro pricing with promotions?
Some promotions stack with Pro net pricing — your sales rep will flag eligible promos in your monthly Pro newsletter. DLC Premium rebates are processed separately through your local utility program.
Is the platform available in French?
