CWI Lighting Millipede 1245P40-602 Satin Gold 45W LED Chandelier
$892.99Key Features and Benefits of This LED Chandelier
Integrated LEDs produce 2340 lumens from just 45 watts, reducing energy use compared to incandescent chandeliers of similar output. A 3000K color temperature gives a warm white glow suited to living and dining areas, while dimming compatibility lets shoppers adjust brightness for different occasions.
Where to Use the 1245P40-602 Chandelier
This fixture suits dining rooms, foyers, and staircases where a linear, modern silhouette is wanted. Its 40-inch length works best over long tables or in open stairwells rather than small rooms. As an indoor decorative fixture, it is not intended for outdoor or damp locations.
Installation and Compatibility Checks
The Millipede requires a compatible dimmer for its dimming feature to function, so confirm dimmer compatibility before purchase. It runs on standard 120-volt household wiring and mounts to a ceiling junction box. Given its 133-inch maximum drop, check ceiling height and chain length needs beforehand.
Additional Buying Context
A 3-year manufacturer warranty adds reassurance for a decorative centerpiece fixture at this price point. With a CRI (color rendering index) of 80, colors in the room render reasonably accurately, a helpful detail for shoppers pairing the chandelier with a dining or display area.
