Key Features and Benefits of This Wall Sconce

Indirect uplight and downlight from its two integrated 8W LEDs highlights exterior wall texture and architecture rather than just casting a flat glow, which matters for curb appeal. A 90 CRI rating keeps brick, siding, and landscaping colors looking natural at night.

Where to Use the 86172ABZ Wall Sconce

Its wet location rating makes it suitable for uncovered exterior walls exposed to rain and snow, a Canadian climate consideration. It works well flanking entry doors or garages where architectural accent lighting is wanted.

Installation and Compatibility Checks

This fixture mounts to an exterior wall junction box and runs on standard 120V household current. It is dimmable, so pair it with an LED-compatible dimmer if you want adjustable brightness for evening ambiance.

Additional Buying Context

The 2-year manufacturer warranty and cETLus listing give buyers confidence in long-term outdoor reliability. With integrated LEDs rated for 35,000 hours, there are no replaceable bulbs to source down the road.
