Maxim Lighting 3049RPOLB Schooner 1-Light 60W Olde Brass Pendant
$420.99Key Features and Benefits of This Pendant Light
Wet location rating matters because it allows installation in fully exposed outdoor spots, not just covered ones. The tapered ripple glass shade diffuses light while echoing traditional lantern styling. Dimmable operation lets you set softer evening light for outdoor entertaining.
Where to Use the 3049RPOLB Pendant Light
A strong fit for covered porches, docks, and coastal-style exteriors given its wet location rating and nautical design. It also works indoors in entryways or mudrooms for a coastal aesthetic. Its 92.75-inch maximum drop suits taller ceiling or porch installations.
Installation and Compatibility Checks
Ceiling-hung pendant requiring 120V service and a dimmer suited to incandescent loads. Bulb is not included, so buyers need a T10 bulb with an E26 base rated up to 60W. Rated for operation between -20°C and 40°C, supporting Canadian outdoor conditions.
Additional Buying Context
cETLus Listed for wet locations, confirming it meets safety standards for exterior installation. Part of the Schooner collection, so buyers can match it with companion wall sconces or flush mounts for coordinated coastal exterior lighting.

Maxim Lighting 28278DBZAB Akimbo 12-Lights 84W Dark Bronze/Antique Brass Pendant
$1,580.99Key Features and Benefits of This Pendant Chandelier
Integrated LED delivers 5000 lumens at 84W total, which matters because it lights large open spaces without needing a dozen incandescent bulbs. CRI (Color Rendering Index) of 90 means true color rendering for wood tones and finishes. Dimmable operation lets you adjust ambience for dining versus entertaining.
Where to Use the 28278DBZAB Pendant Chandelier
Best suited to dining rooms, stairwells, and foyers with high ceilings given its 69-inch overall height and 40.75-inch width. Rated for dry locations only, so it is not intended for bathrooms, covered porches, or other damp or wet areas.
Installation and Compatibility Checks
Ceiling-mounted pendant requiring 120V service and a compatible LED dimmer to use the dimming feature. Bulbs are included, 12 A19 bulbs with E26 bases at 7W each, so no separate bulb purchase is needed. Confirm ceiling height and structural support before installation given the fixture's size.
Additional Buying Context
Backed by cETLus certification for safety compliance in Canada and the US, and rated for 25,000 hours of LED life, reducing long-term maintenance. A good option for buyers replacing a dated multi-light chandelier with a mixed-material, energy-efficient centerpiece.
