The Athena Series of bi-level wall mounted stairwell fixtures are designed for use in stairwells where the space is often unoccupied for long periods of time. With an integrated PIR motion sensor, Athena reduces energy usage by up to 75%, providing full on light levels only when the space is occupied and returning to power-saving dim levels when the space is unoccupied. If desired, the integrated Xi-Fi wireless lighting control system can be implemented with just a few additional steps. Xi-Fi allows fixtures within the stairwell to be linked wirelessly, automatically tracking occupants up or down the stairwell in a cone of light. These fixtures function equally well in hallways, bathrooms, or any area that is frequently unoccupied. Available with an optional integrated battery back-up.
