Eurofase Lighting R014-03 Gold 4" Retractable Elbow Trim

Gold Retractable Elbow Recessed Trim by Eurofase Lighting

The R014-03 from Eurofase Lighting is a gold retractable elbow trim designed for recessed lighting with a halogen lamp. Key features include a 120V, 50-watt rating, a GU5.3 lamp base, an 80-degree beam angle, and dimmable operation.

Key Features and Benefits of This Elbow Trim

The retractable elbow design lets you aim the light, which helps highlight artwork, walls, or a work area rather than lighting the whole room evenly. The 80-degree beam spreads light over a moderate area. The gold finish adds a decorative accent against the ceiling.

Where to Use the R014-03 Elbow Trim

This trim is well suited for accent lighting in living rooms, hallways, and display areas where adjustable aiming is useful. The page does not state a location rating or certification, so confirm both before using it in damp locations or where certified products are required.

Installation and Compatibility Checks

The product name says 4 inches while the specification lists a 5.125-inch trim size, so confirm the size against your housing opening. It uses a halogen GU5.3 lamp at 120V, so check that your housing and lamp are compatible. Dimmable, but confirm the dimmer type.

Additional Buying Context

Halogen is the listed technology, so lamp heat and energy use are higher than LED. The page does not list a warranty, though a manufacturer warranty and specification sheet are linked, so review them before purchase.
