Out of stockKey Features and Benefits of This LED PL Lamp
The wide 160-degree beam spreads light evenly, which suits fixtures that need broad coverage. Accepting 120 to 277 volts lets one lamp serve many building supplies. With a 50,000 hour rated life and low 8.5 watt draw, it can reduce energy use and relamping work.
Where to Use the 8.5PLL-835-GL-BYP LED PL Lamp
This lamp is well suited for indoor 2G11 fixtures such as downlights, wall sconces, and ceiling luminaires that previously used PL lamps. The page lists no location rating, so confirm the fixture's environment rating rather than assuming outdoor or damp suitability.
Installation and Compatibility Checks
Confirm your fixture has a 2G11 4-pin socket and room for the 8-15/16 inch overall length. The BYP in the SKU is not defined on the page, so check the specification sheet or installation manual to see whether the existing ballast must be bypassed. Dimming is not listed.
Additional Buying Context
The lamp is UL, CSA, and FCC listed and carries a 5-year manufacturer warranty. Compare 3500K with 3000K or 4000K versions if you want a warmer or cooler tone. Look over the installation manual linked on the page before relamping.
