In-Ground Lights

Key Features and Benefits of This Well Light

The IP65 rating protects internal components against water jets from any direction, supporting reliable outdoor performance in landscape beds and walkways. cETLus certification confirms the fixture meets recognized North American safety standards, and its E26 bulb base accepts widely available replacement lamps.

Where to Use the SL-20-LG-HID Well Light

This well light is built for uplighting trees, facades, and landscape features from an in-ground position. Its IP65 rating supports exposure to rain and irrigation spray, though it is not intended for submersion, so confirm drainage at the installation site before burying the fixture.

Installation and Compatibility Checks

Confirm the bulb purchased separately fits the E26 base and stays within the 100 watt, 120V rating. Check that the mounting location allows for proper drainage around the fixture housing, and have an electrician verify the outdoor circuit is suited for landscape lighting before final connection.

Additional Buying Context

Since the SL-20-LG-HID ships without a bulb, budget for a compatible E26 lamp rated for outdoor use at checkout. It suits landscape lighting projects being upgraded or expanded, and pairing it with matching Focus Industries fixtures helps keep an outdoor lighting scheme consistent across a property.
