Matte Black Kitchen Island Pendant by Savoy House

The Berg 7-3751-1-89 from Savoy House is a single-light matte black pendant designed for directed lighting over spaces like a kitchen island. It is suitable for indoor dry locations. Key features include an oversized 12-inch metal shade, candlestick-style hardware, and an adjustable hanging height.

Key Features and Benefits of This Pendant Light

The shade is matte black inside and out, which keeps the look consistent from every angle. The overall height adjusts from 14 inches to 45.5 inches, so you can fit different ceiling heights or tune how low it hangs. It is dimmable, letting you set the mood.

Where to Use the 7-3751-1-89 Pendant Light

This pendant is well suited for kitchen islands, dining tables, and entryways where a more directed beam is useful. Several units in a row can work over a long counter. It is rated for dry locations only, so avoid bathrooms with showers, covered porches, and other damp or wet areas.

Installation and Compatibility Checks

The fixture runs on 120V and takes one E26 bulb up to 60W. A bulb is not included, so add one. Use a dimmer compatible with your bulb type if you plan to dim. The page does not describe the mounting method, so confirm ceiling box details with the manufacturer.

Additional Buying Context

The pendant is ETL/cETL listed, which suits Canadian projects. It measures 12 by 12 inches, so allow enough clearance around the shade. Warranty terms are not stated on the page, so check the manufacturer warranty before ordering.
