Mid-Size Double Decorator Wall Plate by Vista Electrical

The 45224 from Vista Electrical is a mid-size, 2-gang decorator wall plate designed to cover two decorator-style devices side by side. It is suitable for finishing wall-mounted device installations. Key features include a size 3/8 inch larger than a standard plate and included colour-match screws.

Key Features and Benefits of This Decorator Wall Plate

The mid-size format is 3/8 inch larger than a standard plate, which helps cover gaps around the wall opening, such as after a drywall repair or when replacing an older plate. Included colour-match screws mean no extra hardware to buy or paint.

Where to Use the 45224 Decorator Wall Plate

This plate is well suited for walls with two adjacent decorator-style devices, such as rocker switches or decorator receptacles. The page does not state a location rating or material, so use it for standard interior wall applications and confirm suitability before using it in wet or outdoor locations.

Installation and Compatibility Checks

Confirm that your devices are decorator-style and that your box is 2-gang before ordering. Check the plate size against your wall opening, since a mid-size plate covers a larger area. The page does not list color, material, or dimensions, so review the specification sheet for finish matching.

Additional Buying Context
