Dimmer Switches (Dual Function)

Key Features and Benefits of This Dimmer Switch

The toggle-slide design gives familiar on-off control plus smooth brightness adjustment. Because no neutral wire is required, it suits older boxes that lack one. Single-pole or 3-way wiring support means one model covers both common switch layouts, which simplifies purchasing for renovations.

Where to Use the TSL01-10B Dimmer Switch

This dimmer is well suited for living rooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms where adjustable light levels add comfort. It controls loads up to 150 watts, so it fits small groups of lamps rather than large circuits. The page lists an operating range of 0 to 40 degrees Celsius.

Installation and Compatibility Checks

Check that the total connected load stays within 150 watts and that your lamps are dimmable, especially LED and CFL types. A Decora or Decora Plus screwless wallplate is required and sold separately. Confirm your wiring is single-pole or 3-way, and consult an electrician if unsure.

Additional Buying Context

The dimmer is listed to cULus and FCC standards and has a 5-year manufacturer warranty. The brown finish helps it match existing brown wallplates and devices, though you will need to buy the compatible wallplate separately.
