Wattage adjusts between 20W, 25W, and 30W, with CCT selectable at 3000K, 4000K, or 5000K, giving contractors flexibility without stocking multiple SKUs. DLC Premium listing and 0-10V dimming compatibility support utility rebate eligibility and integration with common lighting controls.

Where to Use the EP1-22PS30-FCCT-U-12 Flat Panel

This flat panel suits drop-ceiling grids in offices, classrooms, and retail spaces as a direct replacement for aging fluorescent troffers. It carries a damp location rating with an IP20 enclosure, so it is not intended for wet or exposed outdoor environments.

Installation and Compatibility Checks

Confirm the fixture's 2x2 dimensions match the existing ceiling grid opening before ordering. Verify wattage and CCT selector settings before power-up, and check that any 0-10V dimmer or control system connected is compatible with the driver's dimming range.

Additional Buying Context

Eiko backs this flat panel with a 5-year warranty, supporting long-term commercial retrofit projects. It suits facility managers replacing T8 fluorescent troffers to cut energy use and maintenance calls, and the selectable wattage and CCT design simplifies inventory across multiple building specifications.
